Be a Volunteer for Our Horseback Riding Program

Life As A Volunteer

As a lesson volunteer, you’ll receive training on how to help lead a horse, provide support as a side walker, help prepare and groom horses, and other opportunities.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life and help out as a fun and rewarding way to meet service hour requirements, give back to the community, spend time in a relaxing, outdoor environment, connect with horses, and help people.

You must sign up for volunteer orientation to secure your spot. Space is limited!

Requirements

Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age, fill out the required paperwork in its entirety, and complete a volunteer orientation. We also require you to volunteer at a minimum once a quarter but preferably once a month. Please read the handbook prior to your orientation.

Saturday, May 11th from 1-3pm
Saturday, July 6th from 1-3pm
